6. Pre-Orders

    7. Order Change 

    • Changes to existing orders will only be allowed if the order hasn’t progressed past the point where it’s paperwork has been sent to be processed and dispatched.

    8. Order Cancellation

    9. Run out of an item 
    • As we have many products online sometimes we may inadvertently run out of an item due to damages or inventory discrepancies. In this case, we will get in contact with you to offer an alternative, store credit or a refund on the unavailable product.

    10. Obvious errors

    • In the event of obvious errors on the website or made in connetion with your Order, One Man's Hobby reserves the right to correct the error and charge you the correct price. In such a situation, we will contact you and offer you the option of purchasing the item at the correct price or cancelling your order.
