Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Request

  • Timeframe: Customers must submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Method: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@onemanshobby.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Amount: Upon cancellation, we will issue a refund for the total amount of the order, minus the service fee and the non-refundable transaction fee including the Shopify and international fees.
  • Non-Refundable Transaction Fee: The transaction fee, which includes Shopify and the international fees, is non-refundable. This fee is approximately 5.5% of the order value.
  • Service fee: The service fee will be at the discretion of management.

Processing Time

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exceptions

  • Non-Cancellable Items: Certain items, such as specified non-cancellable items, e.g., special order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases, where an order cannot be canceled due to logistical reasons, our customer service team will provide guidance and assistance.
