Lost, Stolen or Delayed orders:
Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier and provide them the tracking number from the shipping confirmation email for tracking status. Unfortunately, we do not have any more additional information once your order has shipped. One Man’s Hobby is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items with tracking status as ‘Delivered’. We are also not responsible for errors made by the local post office or shipping carrier. We apologize if your package is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" but delays are out of our control. Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for the latest updates. If shipment is delayed over 60 days from date of posting, we will treat the package as lost shipment and you may contact us at support@onemanshobby.com for a full refund or replacement.
Import Duties:
We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be requested in order for you to receive your package. These are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Please note, we cannot control these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It is useful to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to get an idea of the costs that may be incurred.
