Pre-order Policy

At One Man's Hobby, we understand the excitement surrounding the latest releases and sought-after collectibles. Our pre-order process allows you to reserve upcoming items before they become available, ensuring you're among the first to get your hands on these coveted items. By placing a pre-order you are agreeing with conditions below:

• Reservation Timing: Pre-orders can typically be placed before the official release date of the product.
• Limited Availability: Pre-orders are subject to availability and are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of pre-order placement to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be clearly stated and deducted from the total purchase price upon item release. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable when canceling a pre-order.
• Full Payment: Customers can make full payment in advance. The same non-refundable deposit will be deducted if cancellation occurs, remainder will be refunded.
• Release Dates: Release dates for pre-ordered items are estimated and provided by the manufacturer. These dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as production delays. One Man’s Hobby is not responsible for manufacturer delays. Deposit is not refundable when an item is delayed.
  
• Prototype Photos: Pre-order product photos are usually of a preproduction prototype. Final product may be slightly different in color and or content.
